1. Services

J3f Ltd provides IT services as described in the job description, quote or statement of work agreed with each client. Anything not written into that description is out of scope until agreed in writing.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use our services or systems unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt unauthorised access to any system. Access to our admin portal is restricted to authorised J3f Ltd personnel.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are as set out in the agreed rate or quote. Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice (30 days unless agreed otherwise). VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate where applicable. Late payment may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Work already performed is non-refundable; prepaid work not yet delivered is refunded pro rata on cancellation.

4. Liability

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data beyond our reasonable control.

5. Termination

Either party may end an engagement on 30 days' written notice, or immediately if the other materially breaches these terms and fails to remedy it within 14 days. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@j3f.uk.
